Hi,
Im in businesstrip in Russia right now and couldnt miss opportunity
to visit both Spb and Moscow concerts.
Im realy shocked how good they were.
Some highlights:
Best thing in that concerts realy nice (I mean REALY NICE) surpise that Aimee was performed (why DV skiped it in Riga???) as duo with
Reagan Jones from Iris. Im absolutelly liked that version.
Reagan voise is nor better nor worser that Steffan voise but its
different. Reagan voise when he is singing Aimee's verse is still in my
head. After concert I suggested to Reagan to record and release
Aimee cover.He said that it was not supposed to be as cover just
friendly colaboration (I dont remember exact words).
Reagan, if you read it, think again about it again! Please record it!!!
During a Moscow concert there was some people with paper
with "Dress Me When I Bleed". After Spb concert it was clear that
it isnt in setlist but it was a nice surprise at the end of concert
during "We Fly Tonight" instrumental part Steffan start singing "You
give me what I need...". It was so great!!!
About people: There was a lot of fans who knew words and sing so Steffen sometimes just silently listen to how people singing.
During converstion with lot of different people and common vision of concert was: setlist is great, but if there could be more old song it would be better. All except two guys liked duo with Reagan.
PS: Few words about Rotersand (band who support concert in Moscow):
Im not a fan of their music but their perfomance was realy impressive.
Let imagine their frontman is about or even more that 2m high.
During one of their songs he just jump off scene
came into midle of dancefloor into crowd and sung there.
And you could see his singing head from everywhere becouse of his height.
